Lambsquarter, Sorrel, Mullein, Yarrow, and more!

Lambsquarter and Wood Sorrel are now in abundance for your dining pleasure! Sheep sorrel and Shepherd's Purse are available, also. The ditches have wild onions and wild garlic starting to head out as well. But be careful not to gather where ditches have been sprayed with herbicides. Mullein leaves may be gathered now, the flowers on the stalk will be available later. It's now time to gather Western Yarrow for its wonderful medicinal qualities. So much to do, so little time!
