Swarm Retrieval & Hive Removals
If you see a swarm of honeybees in late April, May, or June - don't panic! During swarming, honeybees rarely will sting. You might see thousands of honeybees in the air (or hear their loud buzzing) traveling through the air thick in flight. Call us, leave a message if we don't pick up the phone, tell us the time, the address, your phone number, and the approximate location of the bees. They may cluster on a barn eave, chimney, tree, picnic table, vehicle, fence post, or most anywhere. Do NOT spray them with water or pesticides - you'll make them mad at you! Don't call 911, it is NOT an emergency. Just keep an eye on the bees (they might move elsewhere) and give us a call.
If you discover a wild hive of bees in an abandoned building or other location, don't fret, call us. We can usually get them out without damage. An exterminator will kill these valuable insects and leave you with a bill for several hundred dollars, and leave the honey dripping down the wall for you to remove. Let us come get them. Call John @ 620-787-2380 and I'll get back to you ASAP.
