Shepherd's Valley CSA farm - Americus
Shepherd's Valley CSA farm, located northwest of Americus, Kansas, provides approximately 40 different types of fruits and vegetables to its shareholders through two share programs. Additional add-on options include a pastured egg share, as well as opportunities to purchase pastured broilers, heritage turkeys, grass-fed lamb, honey, bee pollen, organic breads, jams, jellies, soaps, and more.
Working with other nearby farms, Shepherd's Valley also offers its customers the opportunity to purchase blueberries, pecans, pastured pork, and grass-fed beef in season. Shepherd's Valley sells fresh produce and many other farm products to non-shareholders, as well.
