K-State Students Raising Mushrooms Using Sustainable Practices

K-State students working at the student run farm at Tuttle Creek lake are raising oyster and shiitake mushrooms experimenting with sustainable practices. They are sold locally through farmers markets and other outlets: http://www.ftcldf.org/news/news-10Oct2009.html
