It's been a while, but I've read the Mother Earth News lab results before on organic, farm fresh eggs, and was extremely wowed! I'm happy to have the link so I can print off copies to hand out to first time egg customers!

I'm most happy about the fact that their Vitamin D content is 4-6 times higher than eggs available in the store. We just started taking a liquid Vitamin D supplement that our chiro highly recommended, as getting enough Vit D nowadays is tough. And pastured poultry eggs are where it's at!
