Governor Sebelius Vetoes Milk Labeling Bill
At the urging of many individuals, farm, and consumer groups, Kansas Governor Sebelius has vetoed bill HR 2121 that would have made labels on milk confusing and would have suppressed information about rBGH hormone in milk. A victory for all Kansans! http://groups.google.com/group/KCFC-Bulletin-Board/web/my-missouri-milk-makes-monsanto-mad?hl=en

Yay!!!
I'm so grateful this one got vetoed. I wrote letters, made phone calls and sent emails to the KS house and senate, but they passed it. At last count it didn't look like they had enough votes to override the veto. Thank goodness...
I don't want hormones in my milk. I have enough trouble with my own!
